Our Room Hire Only package is an hourly rate that includes use of the room booked and furniture as well as use of the kitchen for preperation of hot drinks and cold food. Staff are deployed to welcome you at the beginning of your booking and to see you out at the end of your booking. Furniture set up and clear is not included in this package but can be booked seperatly if required. You can also book other extras to this package, including oven use, washing up and lots more. Professional Room Hire Only

Tech OR Refreshments
Professional Room Hire Only with TECH is an hourly rate that includes full use of our tech and access to the kitchen for preparation of hot drinks and cold food, but does not include refreshments served by us. Our staff will provide, set up and take down your tech (projection and sound).
Professional Room Hire Only with REFRESHMENTS is an hourly rate that includes refreshments served by us, but no tech. You are welcome to provide and set up your own tech. Wifi is free. Refreshments include tea, filter coffee, speciality teas, hot chocolate and instant decaf, also alongside milk and sugar we provide sweeteners and non-dairy milk. We also provide biscuits during morning and afternoon breaks.
BOTH of these packages, as with Room Hire Only, do not include furniture setup/clear, oven use or washing up, however these can be added as extras to your booking for an extra fee.

Our Training and Development package is our most comprehensive package providing staffing throughout your booking, furniture set up and clear by our staff and all of your tech requirements catered for. It also includes full refreshments throughout your time with us with biscuits made available at morning and/or afternoon breaks. While we arent able to provide a lunch, we can recommend Jenny’s Catering where our staff will ensure your lunch is laid out for you and will clear once lunch is finished making your event as effortless and seamless as we can. Our staff will also handle all of your washing up and clear up so you can really relax into your event. This package does not include use of the oven however this can be added to your booking for an additional fee.

ECO-DOC
Our child’s party package caters for all you need for your little ones special day. Our staff will be on hand to welcome you in and help make sure you have all you need as well as returning at the end of your booking to lock up. This package includes use of the kitchen for preperation of hot drinks and cold food. This does not include use of the oven, however this can be added to your booking for an additional fee. A child’s party can be attended by up to 30 adults. More than 30 adults in attendance changes the tariff and will be charged accordingly, in retrospect or otherwise. A child’s party is defined as being no more than three hours in duration, including setup and clear. Further hours may be booked and will be charged at the Room Hire Only rate. A child’s party requires a deposit which is refundable after the event. We also offer an ECO-DOC opportunity for all of our child’s party bookings which includes use of our full plastic kids cutlery and crockery set to reduce the use of disposables. In recognition of the time needed for your party to wash up and clear these items, we add a free half hour onto your booking. Washing up by our staff can be added to your booking for an additional fee.
Social Event

11pm Cutoff and Noise Limiter
A Social Event is defined as being no more than five hours in duration, including setup and clear. Further hours may be booked and will be charged at the Room Hire Only rate. This package includes access and lockup by our staff and the use of the kitchen for preparation of hot drinks and cold food. Use of the oven is not included in this package but can be booked for an additonal fee (This does not apply when using Jenny’s Catering). We can offer staffing for a variety of purposes but these must be booked in advance. This package is subject to a deposit which is then refundable after your event.
You are able to bring in caterers and a bar and even your own band or DJ. Your plans will be discussed and agreed with our Events Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly for your booking. Please Note – we hold a cutoff time for party activity of 11pm. This is non-negotiable. We also run a noise limiter in the room and so all entertainment plans should be discussed with us to ensure this will not interrupt your party.

This package includes one serving of refreshments plus top-ups (tea/speciality teas, filter coffee/decaf, tap water) plus furniture setup and clear, and cleaning up by our Welcome Assistants. You can provide your own additional drinks such as juice and/or wine for us to serve to your guests at no extra charge – also, we are happy to plate up and serve out food provided by you at no extra charge, but this food must be ready to eat. Alternatively we can work with your chosen caterer – we recommend Jenny’s Catering but you can bring a caterer of your own choosing. Rooms will be booked from the start of the church service, for three hours however, extra time can be booked at an additional fee. Ideal for after Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals as well as short family gatherings.

This is our Furniture Clear package This simple package means that you are still responsible for ensuring that all of your event is clear, including decor and food, and that the room and toilets are left in a clean and acceptable state. Our staff will then attend and put all of the furniture away for you and lockup once you have left. This can really help take the leg work out of those larger events where there are a lot of tables and chairs to move around.

Clean Toilets
The Post-Event Clean package allows you to simply pack away your belongings and furniture and then leave your room. Our staff will then attend to clean your room down including the toilets and lockup the centre. This can be a great choice for a low-key event who want to be able to leave without worrying about hoovering and cleaning the room down. This package doesnt include furniture clear, washing up or cleaning the kitchen down.

Clean Toilets
This is our comprehensive Post-Event package. This package means you and your guests can grab your personal belongings and leave the venue at the end of your event without worrying about taking down furniture, decor or cleaning. Most popular with Wedding Receptions, this package includes taking down all decorations in the room, putting away all furniture used, removing and bagging up linens such as table cloths and chair covers, cleaning of all floors, toilets and locking up at the end of the night. When this package is booked, we make arrangements with you prior to the night about how you would like your belongings packed away and usually you would arrange for someone to collect your decorations and belongings the following morning. There are few exclusions to this package, mainly Washing up and removal of external lights. Washing up can be booked as an add-on if required.
